We are seeking a motivated Associate Operator to join our Barry Finishing Polymer Operations Team. This role offers hands-on experience with advanced machinery, robotics, and automated filling and pelleting systems in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain highly advanced machinery for packaging drums and IBCs. Load and off-load trailers with containers. Liaise with other operators to maximise efficiency and output. Off-load incoming packaging materials. Complete SAP computer transactions accurately. Drive and operate high-tech forklifts (full training provided). Additional Duties: Monitor and field-check process equipment to ensure optimal performance. Track key performance metrics and adjust processes accordingly. Execute operational tasks per the Operations Dashboard (OPD) Task List. Conduct minor repairs and preventative maintenance as needed. Collaborate with shift teams to ensure smooth production flow and workload balance. Perform effective shift handovers and communicate updates to incoming teams.
