Hours per week: Bank staff to cover holiday and sickness
Hourly pay rate:
£12, mileage rate to be confirmed if using own car.
I am a sensitive, creative young woman in my late 20’s. I’m interested in politics, social issues, justice and rights.
I am looking for a personal assistant to support me with attending university and getting out and about to do the things I enjoy. We have a car that can be used for this. I may also need help with managing my home admin tasks and some personal care when I am unwell. I have autism, ADHD and hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.
This will be a rewarding role for the right person.
Duties include:
Medication prompting/administering
Personal grooming
Other relevant duties as required
Administration
Housekeeping
Shopping
Cooking
Transportation
Companionship
Dressing / undressing
Bathroom assistance
Candidate qualities:
Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
Reliable with good timekeeping
Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
Hygienic, tidy and well organised
Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
Creative
Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard
Must be comfortable with pets
Able to always work to high standards of health & safety
The ideal PA would be kind, honest, very gentle, curious, empathetic and validating.
Experience of working with autistic people is desirable but not essential.

Non-smoker due to medical reasons
