AltaGas - Fleet & Assets Administrator
The Fleet and Asset Administrator will collaborate with Midstream and Trucking Operations teams, providing day-to-day support for vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and fleet safety initiatives. Based in our Sundre, AB field office, this role manages vendor relationships, supports telemetry implementation, and ensures accurate data reporting. The administrator will also oversee fleet compliance and expense reporting and assist with asset management across multiple divisions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with Fleet Management Company (FMC) for vehicle ordering and acquisition.
2. Assign vehicles to drivers according to company policies and usage requirements.
3. Manage site-specific equipment specifications, ordering, and deployment.
4. Execute asset sales across all divisions and asset types.
5. Facilitate fleet expense reporting and budgeting processes.
6. Maintain knowledge of fleet-specific regulations, licensing, and registration requirements.
7. Assist with insurance claims resolution related to fleet operations.
8. Track and report fleet metrics, including telematics for light and heavy-duty vehicles.
9. Monitor and provide training on Hours of Service (HOS) and Electronic Logging Device (ELD) compliance.
10. Serve as the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) liaison for accident management and reporting.
11. Report on Greenhouse Gas (GHG) and CO2 emissions related to fleet operations.
12. Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet and asset management or a related field, with oil and gas industry experience required.
2. Technical knowledge of light-duty vehicles, gas transport vehicles, and trailers.
3. Strong understanding of fleet-specific regulations, licensing, and safety requirements.
