NIGHT FILL MANAGER - PAK'nSAVE Riccarton
PAK’nSAVE Riccarton is looking for applicants who have a commitment to excellence along with strong organisational and communication skills. If you are people and customer-focused and have relevant experience, this could be the position for you!
Reporting to the Grocery Manager, the Night Fill Manager will be responsible for running the Grocery team during the nights to ensure that the shop is full and has product on shelf for our customers! This is a critical role in the successful operation of our business, ideally suited to someone who is strong at leading teams and can complete tasks on time to an exceptionally high standard.
Successful applicants will demonstrate:
1. Experience working in the Supermarket Grocery industry in a supervisory or leadership position.
2. A strong people focus; work well with others, persuade and influence, and collaborate with others in leadership positions to achieve desired outcomes.
3. A customer focus; able to quickly and effectively assess what is required and make good decisions to achieve positive outcomes for both individual interactions and overall impressions.
4. A co-operative spirit; able to adhere to the store’s culture and values.
5. Reliability and flexibility.
6. Adherence to health and safety practices.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of the wider team.
8. Excellent time management skills; able to complete tasks on time and ensure the store looks impeccable for the following day's trade.
9. Forklift license preferred or the ability to go through the course.
This is a full-time role, 45 hours a week with midnight finishes and will include one weekend shift. The exact hours and days will be discussed with the successful applicant.
