Job Title: Digital Client Services Account Manager
Location: Remote (Bristol based office for those local)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000

Role & Responsibilities
As a Client Services Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with key clients, primarily within the SaaS and tech sectors. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, growth, and the delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of 5–10 clients, representing approximately £60,000–£120,000 in total revenue per month.
* Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
* Collaborate with SEO Managers and other specialists to deliver on client objectives.
* Identify opportunities for upselling services and increasing client spend.
* Oversee contract renewals and ensure client retention.
* Monitor and report on performance, providing actionable insights to clients.
Your Skills & Experience
* 2–5 years of experience in client or account management within an agency setting.
* Demonstrated experience managing SaaS or tech industry clients.
* Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles (desirable).
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana) and Google Suite.
* Commercially savvy with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
