We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s busy team based in Walsham Le Willows, not far from Bury St Edmunds, Diss and Stowmarket. The role is offered on a full-time (Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm), basis and is a fixed term contract of 9 – 12 Months with some possibility of going permanent thereafter. Salary offered is £23,500
The Company
The company are a property maintenance company who provide a wide range of services to customers all over the UK. These include gas and electrical safety inspections, Legionella testing, CO and smoke alarm repairs and installations. With 25 years experience within the residential lettings industry the company have recently expanded their offering to include boiler installations too! The role will be working in a lovely rural setting, with a supportive team.
The Job
The purpose of this role is provide an excellent customer service. Working within a busy and friendly team this role will include the following duties:
* Taking incoming calls from a number of people including customers, tenants and engineers and ensuring you deal with each call in a timely manner
* Record orders accurately when speaking to customers on the phone, ensuring all necessary information has been captured accurately to process the booking
* Administer emails relating to Customers Services in a timely manner
* Deal with internal and external queries promptly and efficiently
* Liaising with customers, tenants, agents and engineers with any queries or complaints
* Develop a solid understanding of all the company services and products on offer. This is so you are able to effectively advise customer helping them to make informed decisions regarding which one is right for them
* Complete monthly order renewal process by emailing to customers
* Provide support to the business by covering other customer service desks when colleagues are on leave etc.
* Ensure operational processes are carried out to end to end
The Requirements

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Confident and professional when speaking with people over the phone
* Highly organised and accurate to ensure all tasks completed successfully
* Analytical and with great attention to detail
* Flexible and able to deal with shifting priorities
* Excellent time management skills
* Ensuring operational processes are carried out end to end
* The ability to maintain a positive, customer focussed on outlook when under pressure or busy
* Competent in the use of range of software packages including MS Office
* A team player who is able to work on own initiative
Pay & Hours
The role is offered on a full-time (Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm), basis on a FTC for 9- 12 months. The starting salary is £23,500 per annum.
Important Info
