About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised Onboarding Coordinator to join our ever-growing and exciting team! You will need to be comfortable and enjoy working at a fast pace whilst supporting our client’s requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring onboarding experiences run smoothly and that everything is tracked, monitored and reported accurately. You’ll work for a fun, driven organisation where you are trusted, respected and encouraged to amaze our clients!
This is an initial 4 month FTC. This role also has a requirement to be in Luton 3 days a week.
What would you be doing?
1. Regular candidate care calls with new joiners, minimising the rate of people who renege on offers, inviting people to events
2. Answering candidate queries
3. Managing the onboarding process through a dedicated system, completing in a timely and accurate manner to ensure each stage is completed accurately
4. Identifying new joiners that are not completing onboarding in a timely manner
5. Managing all associated administration
6. Track & monitor and progress candidates onboarding
7. Completing reports and delivering them to the wider team and/or management
8. Assist with onboarding documentation and contracts coordination
9. Work closely with the recruitment team and support them
