Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead a small, dedicated IT team, responsible for managing our company’s system development and ensuring efficient daily IT support for both internal and external stakeholders. The IT Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our technology infrastructure, driving system improvements, ensuring data security, and supporting operational needs across departments.

· System Development and Optimization

· Daily IT Support
1. Ensure timely and effective technical support for internal users, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
2. Provide high-quality support to external stakeholders as needed, maintaining professionalism and technical accuracy.
3. Establish, monitor, and continuously improve IT service management processes.
· Project Management
1. Lead IT projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
2. Develop project plans, set timelines, and assign responsibilities within the team.
3. Maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and managing expectations.
· Security and Compliance
1. Implement and enforce IT security protocols to protect company data and resources.
2. Regularly assess risks and address vulnerabilities through proactive system updates and monitoring.
3. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, best practices, and company policies.
· Budgeting and Resource Allocation
1. Manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation for hardware, software, and service contracts.
2. Evaluate and recommend technology purchases and upgrades, aligning with business needs and budget constraints.
