Key Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support, ensuring each child’s unique learning needs are met.
* Help create and maintain an exciting, safe indoor and outdoor environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
* Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development, building their confidence and independence.
* Prepare fun, stimulating resources to enhance children’s learning experiences.
* Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and staff, sharing insights into children’s progress and well-being.
* Be an active, positive member of a collaborative and supportive team.
What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (required).
* Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting (preferred).
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s development and helping them reach their full potential.
* Ability to work full-time, 5 days a week.
* Strong communication skills and a team player mindset.
