Ashton Recruitment require a Reception Administrator for our client based in Lisburn.
Position: Reception Administrator
Location: Lisburn
Duration: Temporary - Permanent
Rate of Pay: £12.21 - £13.85 per hour
Duties include (but not limited to):
1. Greeting visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
2. Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls
3. Handling incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries
4. Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
5. Maintaining records, databases, and filing systems
6. Handling email correspondence and responding to inquiries
7. Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
8. Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
9. Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
10. Assisting with travel arrangements and accommodations
11. Handling confidential information with discretion
Essential Criteria:
1. Prior work in a front-desk or customer-facing role is often required.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
3. Knowledge of office management systems and databases
4. Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously, such as answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing administrative work.
5. Ensuring accuracy in scheduling, data entry, and correspondence.
6. Clear and professional communication
