Responsibilities: Classroom Supervision: Manage classes of secondary students during short-term teacher absences, following lesson plans and ensuring that students remain focused and productive. Behaviour Management: Promote a positive learning environment, handling behaviour issues in line with school policies and setting clear expectations for classroom conduct.
