Accounts Payable Supervisor, Bedfordshire, hands on role, £35k-£37k, construction accounts experience would be an advantage

Abacus Consulting are delighted to be working with a growing business in Bedfordshire as they search for an Accounts Payable Supervisor. This is a permanent/full time role.

The successful candidate will be working in a busy accounts team. This is a hands-on role aimed at experienced Accounts Payable candidates with supervisory experience who enjoy getting involved in the day-to-day operations as well as the managerial aspects of the role.

As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, your duties will include the following:

1. Capture of Accounts Payable data
2. Processing high volumes of invoices onto the system
3. Statement reconciliations
4. Query resolution
5. Setting KPI’s, appraisals, and ongoing support/training to the team as needed
6. Right hand support to Senior Finance Manager/SMT
