As the Commercial Head of Legal (UK)] you’ll have an exciting and varied role. The Commercial Head of Legal will be a recognised expert within the organisation, that draws upon comprehensive knowledge and a deep understanding of this discipline to apply expertise to the most complex and challenging assignments. This role sets direction in their area of specialty, with scope and influence extending across the organisation. What your day-to-day will be: Lead the Commercial Legal function at Framatome Ltd by supporting on bids and day-to-day legal matters. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company's legal policies and regulatory requirements procedures are communicated and complied with. You shall provide legal guidance / advice and expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and risk management, individuals in these roles help to protect the interests of Framatome its shareholders, and other stakeholders.
