Location: Home based, covering the Midlands and South West
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience. Company car, laptop, phone, home broadband, private health care and pension.
Contract: Full time, permanent.

About the job
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be managing and developing the current customer portfolio. A key focus will be identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to drive business expansion – achieving and exceeding sales targets in line with annual budgets. Negotiation of pricing and contractual terms, ensuring agreements are beneficial to both parties, is essential. Actively managing customer developments, ensuring that any changes in their needs are promptly addressed. Working closely with the internal AdBlue team and company departments to deliver exceptional customer service.
What we need from you
1. Previous sales experience in the Commercial Vehicle industry, or Fuel and Oil products
2. Confidence to find new business opportunities and influencing skills with the ability to convert to sales
3. Excellent customer and account management skills to build long-lasting relationships
4. Professionalism, with a commitment to adhering to process and procedure
5. Strong communication skills, knowledge of CRM tools and PC literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
6. Team player
