Here at the Mick George Group, we are hiring a Mobile Plant Fitter.
Role Overview:
Responsible for the site and roadside attendance of tyre removal, fitting, and repair on our extensive fleet of HGV’s, cars, vans and plant vehicles.
Responsibilities:
* To attend breakdowns, inspect and complete defects to vehicles as arranged by the tyre management team.
* To ensure company fitting procedure is always followed.
* Roadside assistance for any breakdowns that may occur.
* Daily digital fleet inspections.
* Effective stock control.
* To complete digital worksheets on time and correctly.
* Maintaining and operating a company issued van.
Qualifications/ Experience:
* Experience in a similar role working in a busy fast paced environment.
* Experience working with HGV’s.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Flexible around working hours.
* Knowledge of plant tyres (Desirable).
