An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated assistant with previous administration, organisational and experience to join the Bury Clincial director. As management assistant working within the Service, you will provide administrative support to the clinical director and other managers and the service. Your duties include responding to emails, answering phone calls, staff inquiries, minute taking, organising meetings, dealing with medical rotas, teaching and training sessions.
The hours are negotiable 21.25
Main duties of the job
To provide admin support to the Clinical Director, providing accurate and efficient admin support to the Medical Manager and wider team.

Education / Qualifications
* GCSE English / Math's or equivalent
Experience
* Experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email

* Experience in Medical Environment

* High standard of communication skills both verbal and written
