You will advise end customers / operators in regard to all technical inquiries relating to the MR product range (with specialized support from an OPP or specialized department where necessary) Discuss and evaluate customer requests regarding technical feasibility and a proposed solution Preplanning of service jobs to be carried out on weekly basis Coordinate / analyzing safety issues related to the after sales service and preparation of the necessary documentation and certification What do we expect from you? You have completed an engineering degree and an appropiate level of experience With 3 years experience in the field of Energy Technology Computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word), SAP knowledge will be considered a plus Language skill: business fluent English, additional languages will be considered a plus Knowledge, experience and good understanding of the operation and servicing of power transformers will be considered and evaluated as a plus This is what we offer.
