As a Receptionist at the Welcome Treatment Centre, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the ward by providing vital administrative and customer service support. You will act as the first point of contact for our patients, their families, and healthcare professionals, making a significant impact on their experience at the treatment centre.
Your responsibilities will involve handling sensitive patient information, assisting with the preparation of case notes, ensuring effective communication between departments and offering a welcoming atmosphere for patients who are receiving care for haematological and oncological disorders.
