Bramley Health are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our head office team on a temporary basis.
The role of the Customer Service Coordinator is vital to ensuring we are providing the best care to our service users, and service to our stakeholders.
About us
Bramley Health is a specialist health and social care provider. We support men and women of working age who pose variations of mental health challenges within our homes, to maximise their independence to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.
We have a total of 8 homes and 1 hospital that are operational located around the Southeast of England, with more being renovated to open in due course.
About the role
The successful Customer Service Coordinator will manage and improve customer relationships with external stake holders and healthcare professionals, handling inquiries whilst ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Liaising with external healthcare professionals via telephone and email whilst maintaining GDPR
* Managing a diary of contacts ensuring it remains up to date and precise
* Being responsible for communication of escalations from stake holders, ensuring processes are followed through
* Pursuing follow up calls/ email/ appointments as necessary
Key skills
* Excellent communication skills via telephone, email and in person
* Ability to build rapport with clients
* Good understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically excel
* Good organisational skills
