PhD or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or other discipline rich in practical Electrical Engineering analysis. We are an engineering firm operating in-space propulsion, currently developing ion propulsion systems for the European Space Agency. We are looking for an Electrical Engineering intern candidate with strong technical skills and experience designing and modelling electric circuits, power delivery networks, capacitor-inductor networks based on MATLAB or similar. The role will involve carrying out wave-form analysis, validating and implementing power electronic systems, as well as additional PhD level research in line with the needs of the company. We are carrying out research with such elite universities as Imperial College and UCL, and as a consequence, successful candidates will be interacting with some of the UK's top researchers. We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, with the ability to perform under time pressure, and capable of learning new topics quickly. Successful candidates may be considered for a full-time position in our London office, and in the unfortunate case where we aren't a good fit, candidates will be acquiring experience with a deep technology firm working in a cutting-edge setting. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds if they can demonstrate strong technical, organisational, and development skills. You can send your CV. Looking forward to hearing from you
