Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading, multi-office regional law firm as they seek an experienced Legal Administrator to join their family law team in their flagship office in the heart of Nottingham.
This opportunity is well suited to a strong administrator with excellent organisational and timekeeping skills.
In return for your hard work, you can expect to receive an initial salary of up to c£24,000, the opportunity to join a supportive team and grow your legal career within a reputable firm.
Responsibilities
* Process applications from potential clients
* Act as the main point of contact between clients and the courts to ensure applications progress effectively
* Draft legal documents to be submitted by the legal aid team
* Provide secretarial support including bookings and diary management
* Offer general administrative support to the team through email and telephone
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience within an administrative role is essential
* Admin/secretarial experience within a legal firm is preferred but not essential
* Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders
* Excellent organisational and timekeeping skills
* Strong desire to develop a career within the legal profession
Vacancy Summary
Salary: Up to c£24,000, Per Annum D.O.E.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Location: Nottingham
