About the role - eCommerce Planning Manager
This role is responsible for ownership of reporting for detailed analysis as well as managing the planning team regarding inventory planning and stock management through creating robust forecasting and reporting to support continued sales growth across all brands.
The main responsibilities for our eCommerce Planning Manager role include but are not limited to:
* Overall stock owner across all brands to include buying methodologies, buy budgets, replenishment submissions, buy feedback, review reports, supporting on forecast planning.
* Managing the reporting and forecasting process for the planning team.
* Collaborating with the eCommerce team with tasks such as relevant site audits and raising product concerns.
* Product management for brand products such as supporting with Shopify product import for new brands, optimising each brand’s product architecture.
* Maintenance of company ERP systems.
* Optimising ways of working in the planning team and cross-functionally across the business.
* Overseeing the planning team to ensure all tasks are executed within deadlines.

* A starting salary of £40,000-£45,000, depending on your experience.
* 37.5 hour working week, Monday-Friday.

The ideal eCommerce Planning Manager will have experience working in Buying & Merchandising and stock management, with strong Excel skills (IF formulas, lookups, and pivot tables are a must) and enjoy collaborating across the team. Ideally, you will come from an eCommerce background. Perhaps you might have experience as a Buyer, Merchandiser, eCommerce Manager, Planning Manager, Assistant Merchandiser, Assistant Buyer, or Demand Planner.
