About the role Until relatively recently Trinity has delivered its assessments through face-to-face examinations. We now have ambitious plans to deliver a number of new, innovative digital products to market. To facilitate this, the organisation is undergoing a Digital Transformation. A new Product Management capability and agile delivery framework is being introduced as part of the transformation. The IT Project Manager vacancies will lead in the delivery of the IT projects. You will work closely with Product Managers & Owners, technical resources within Trinity and our partners and other business stakeholders to drive delivery. You will also work closely with other Project Managers to ensure consistency of approach and project deliverables. It is likely you will be required to work on multiple projects in parallel. About You Has led on business-critical IT projects Ideally, qualified in project delivery methodologies (such as agile, scrum, kanban, and waterfall)and have substantial experience in applying them to real-life IT projects Experienced in the end-to-end delivery of IT systems and of working with technical teams and suppliers. Has knowledge and experience of managing the complexities and risks surrounding integrations for digital products. Experience in the procurement process for and delivery of SaaS products Strong risk management approach Strong benefits management approach Ability to plan and report across multiple workstreams Can work in unstructured environments and help upskill the business in project delivery approaches Self-starter and able to use own initiative to progress allocated projects Is flexible in approach, able to build relationships and work at all levels of the business - from grass-roots detail up to and including C suite stakeholders.
