The Role:
The successful candidate will:
* Teach English across KS3 and KS4, with potential opportunities to contribute to KS5.
* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge students.
* Assess, track, and monitor student progress, ensuring all learners achieve their potential.
* Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the values of the academy trust.
Requirements:
Applicants must have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* A degree in English or a related subject.
* Experience teaching English at secondary level.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language.
* A commitment to student progress and raising attainment.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
