This role aligns against Senior Delivery Manager from the Government Digital and Data Framework As a Senior Delivery Manager in the Recruitment Team at Justice Digital, you will play a crucial role in coaching and supporting our teams to deliver an exceptional recruitment service across our digital, technology, and operational functions. You will guide the Digital Workforce, Recruitment Delivery, and Recruitment Operations teams to enhance their processes, ensuring the achievement of our hiring goals through effective collaboration and agile practices. Your role will focus on fostering a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, and driving best practices within the team. You will be the champion for agile methodologies, facilitating retrospectives, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping the teams to remove impediments. By providing the tools, coaching, and support needed, you will empower our teams to excel in their recruitment efforts, adapt to changing needs, and continuously refine our approach to attract and onboard top talent We re looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills who ll enjoy working in a delivery focused, agile environment with multidisciplinary teams. You will contribute to our Agile Delivery community and share your skills and experiences with others across the MoJ, and wider government departments.
