Graduate Project Manager - High Wycombe (Office Based)
£24,000 - £27,000 Basic Salary
A vertically integrated operations and maintenance specialist for utility scale ground mounted solar farms in the UK and Europe are looking for a Junior Project manager to join the team and they will provide full training and development within the role!
You will be joining a highly experienced and well-trained team, managing one of the largest portfolios in the UK.

Key responsibilites include:
- Manage activities of all project sites using project management tools
- Plan, define and manage the deliverable resource requirments for each client project.
- Ensure that resources are deliver4ed in the right quantity, condition and on time within the financial requirement to each project.
- Defining and monitoring efficiency, effectiveness and success of the operations activities using adequate controlling tools.
- Oversee and manage the work of the project assistant based in India.
- Prepare and submit management information reports to senior management
- Lead review of the client satisfaction surveys
- Meet the requirements of CDM regualtions as and when applicable.
- Ensure that all H&S regulartory obligations and quality standards are met.
- Work according to company integrated management system to help achieve quality, H&S and environmental objectives.
Preferred requirements:
The ideal candidate does not require specific project management experience/qualifications as full training will be provided but below are some of the desirables.
- Strong Project, planning, change and time management abilities
- Self-driven, Focused, results and quality orientated
- The ability to foster self-motivation to achieve tight deadlines
- Effective Communication both verbally and in written forms
- Good working knowledge of quality assurance
- Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred
- Experience of using Project management tools is desirable.
In return our client will offer:
£24,000 - £27,000 Basic Salary
Full training provided including professional qualifications
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (Flexible hours on some days 8 - 4pm)
