As the IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
1. Provide 1st line support by troubleshooting and resolving common technical issues related to computing system, hardware, and software applications.
2. Assist senior team members with investigating and resolving technical problems.
3. Support IT projects.
4. Learn and apply IT best practices.
The successful IT Support Engineer will have the following related skills / experience:
1. 1-2 years of technical support experience or relevant IT / Computer science qualification.
2. Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and common software applications.
3. Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
4. Good communication skills.
