Job Description:
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative assistance to various departments. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing post
Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, and document preparation
Maintaining accurate and compliant employee records
CV preparation, ensuring formatting, content and presentation maximises the candidate’s chances of success
Tracking employee timesheets and updating payroll records accordingly
Submitting security clearance applications, conducting background checks and investigations to verify the information provided in applications
Using Excel to create and maintain detailed spreadsheets for tracking and analysing data
