An exciting opportunity has arisen for conscientious, motivated, and hard-working individuals to apply for the position of Nurse Practitioner / Sexual Health Adviser within the Department of Sexual Health.
The Department of Sexual Health is part of the Primary, Community and Intermediate Care Clinical Board of Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. The focus of the department is to provide sexual healthcare incorporating the screening and treatment of sexually transmitted infections, contraception, HIV care, and health promotion to the population, which includes a large student cohort.

You will be a confident and competent autonomous practitioner who practices within the sphere of the NMC and UHB guidelines. You will be a positive role model and support and guide junior staff and student nurses within all clinical domains.
Successful applicants will mainly work in clinics based in Cardiff Royal Infirmary, with occasional work in clinics across the Vale of Glamorgan.
