Description Managing the financial activities of the department. Overseeing the preparation of financial reports and budgets. Implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Coordinating with other departments to ensure financial objectives are met. Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Providing financial advice and guidance to the organisation's leadership. Ensuring financial risks are identified and managed appropriately. Contributing to the development of the organisation's strategic plans. Profile A successful Finance Manager should have: Qualified through experience or formal accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIPFA, CIMA, AAT) Experience in financial management. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
