As a Science Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, fostering curiosity and critical thinking. Responsibilities of the Science Teacher : Plan and deliver engaging science lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students, ensuring all students are motivated and challenged. Teach a range of science subjects to students aged 11-16. Organise and supervise extracurricular science activities and events, fostering a sense of curiosity and enthusiasm for the subject. Monitor and assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external partners to enhance the science curriculum and support student development. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate. Promote health and safety in all activities, ensuring students understand the importance of safe practices. Requirements of the Science Teacher : Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong subject knowledge in Science. Experience teaching Science to KS3 and KS4 students. A passion for education and the ability to inspire young minds.
