Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit a Project Delivery Manager to work on our Anglian Water IOS Alliance Contract in Colchester.
As the Project Delivery Manager, you will be instrumental in implementing successful delivery through Integrated Operational Solutions (IOS). You will be responsible for delivering project plan targets in line with business requirements. You will drive a delivery and construction team to ensure successful solutions of small to medium projects are developed and constructed safely and successfully. You will strive for clarity around programme completion and support your local team in consistent delivery across the region with your peers.
Your focus will be on the development and support of your people, ensuring they are best for the task and have the necessary resources and skills to successfully complete projects. You will work with Asset Delivery Planning, Contract Management, and Operations to ensure consistency across the region. You will ensure people development is driven to provide safely delivered and right first-time projects. Your experience in delivery and stakeholder management will enable swift resolution of commercial and contractual blockers to ensure a positive outcome for IOS Water Recycling.
Do you have the following qualifications?
* Proven leadership skills to empower high performance in teams
* Ability to provide support and constructive challenges to generate an open, honest, and supportive team culture
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Previous experience in a similar role
* APMP or PRINCE 2 certification in Project Management
* Knowledge of the water regulatory environment
