We are seeking an Assistant Buyer to join our team and support our purchasing department. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods to meet our company's operational needs.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the directors and clients to source and select products
2. Assist in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers
3. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
4. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
5. Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
6. Assist in evaluating supplier performance
Requirements
1. Proficiency in Office
2. Knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics
3. Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers
4. Experience with Project Management software is a bonus
5. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
