RG Consultancy are working with an excellent medium company based in Halifax who are looking for an accounts assistant to join the finance team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be joining a small team and will report into the finance manager within the company. This is an excellent all rounded role. Duties will include: Processing high volume purchase invoices Matching and coding invoices to a high standards Supplier statement reconciliations Weekly BACS payment runs Bank reconciliations Credit card reconciliations Other ad hoc duties - working closely with the finance manager Skills: Knowledge of SAGE would be an advantage Strong IT skills including; MS Excel would be useful (spreadsheets and V-Look-ups/Pivot tables) Benefits: 37.5 hours per week across Monday - Friday 25 days bank holidays Company pension scheme Study support for AAT qualification Open plan office, street parking outside the offices
