Provide professional advice and support to Executive Vice-President and Chief Human Resources Officer including drafting presentations and speeches, and co-ordinating key initiatives and strategies.
What you’ll do:
1. Handle critical or high-priority incoming items as the first point of contact for the Vice-President
2. Analyze and critique requests, approvals and reports on behalf of the Vice-President
3. Represent the executive office
4. Lead performance review process for the entire Human Resources division
5. Oversee strategic initiatives and projects within the Human Resources division
6. Prepare the Vice-President for external and internal speaking, and meetings
7. Manage, forecast, prepare and review the divisional budget
