We are recruiting Learning & Development Assistant to providing an excellent standard of administrative support to the Learning and Development Team The team based in our Birmingham office. Our standard working hours ar e 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests. Candidate Overview We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience: Previous administrative and support based work experience, preferably obtained within the professional services environment Responsible for the logistical management of various learning and development offerings, accurately following existing administration processes to ensure consistency across the team Working with the L&D Manager and / or L&D Consultants to effectively co-ordinate development programmes, including the scheduling of instructor-led training sessions and management of other blended learning activities. Collaborating with the team to utilise the Learning Management System (LMS) in relation to the learning and development offerings. Creating advertisements for learning and development offerings to encourage participant engagement. Regularly monitoring engagement levels of learning and development offerings with further advertisement required, if necessary. Responsible for ensuring workshops are suitably evaluated via feedback questionnaires to continuously improve learning activities, generating reports for review and data analysis. Updating the L&D pages on the firm's intranet with up-to-date information Drafting letters of engagement and contracts for our external providers Processing global invoices for the external providers using in-house finance system Updating the L&D budgets spreadsheet and support the L&D Manager / Consultant to manage spend What happens next?
