Due to continued success and significant growth, they are now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Your new role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be based out of their Worcester office and be responsible for, but not limited to:
1. Ensuring robust, accurate and timely cost and value reporting
2. Ensuring accurate cash flow reporting takes place
3. Carrying out cost management, including forecasting
4. Updating the monthly CVR, cost and commercial plans
5. Ensuring effective communication between the commercial and operational site teams
6. Maintaining positive working relationships with clients.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have:
1. Previous experience in the civil engineering industry (ideally in the water sector)
2. Working knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 forms of contract
3. Strong time management and communication skills.
4. Full UK driving licence.
