Key Responsibilities: As General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a talented team, driving operational efficiency, and aligning business functions with strategic goals. Your core duties will include: Assigning weekly performance objectives and ensuring timely completion. Recruiting, training and developing high-performing employees to achieve excellence across operations, sales, and customer satisfaction. Setting and refining company policies, processes, and resource plans in line with strategic business goals. Managing budgets and resource allocation to ensure optimal business performance. Overseeing project timelines and ensuring that deliverables are met on schedule. Delegating responsibilities effectively, enforcing company policies, procedures, and cultural values. Ensuring all departments are working cohesively to meet individual and collective targets. The Ideal Candidate: We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager or senior operational leader with a passion for people and performance. Essential Criteria: A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar senior role within a production or manufacturing environment.
