About the role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Supervisor with extensive experience in motor recoveries to join our Recoveries Team in Liverpool. This role is crucial in leading a team of recovery specialists, ensuring efficient and effective management of motor recovery claims, and maintaining high standards of client service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of motor recovery specialists, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
2. Case Management: Oversee the management of a diverse caseload of motor recovery claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
3. Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering high-quality legal advice and ensuring their needs are met.
4. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the motor recoveries team.
5. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and firm policies.
6. Reporting: Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to senior management on key metrics and objectives.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within DWF to share knowledge and resources, fostering a collaborative working environment.

8. Experience: Strong experience in motor recoveries, with a proven track record of managing complex recovery claims.
9. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a detail-oriented approach to case management.
