We are looking for an individual who embodies the following skills and experiences:
• Passionate Educator: A strong passion for education, alongside a clear vision for academic excellence, is essential. You should be committed to creating an inspiring learning environment that fosters curiosity and a love for learning.
• Leadership Skills: The ability to lead, organise, and direct staff within the phase to ensure effective and high-quality teaching is necessary. You will be responsible for motivating and guiding your team to deliver the curriculum effectively and to meet the diverse needs of our children.
• Positive Impact: A proven track record of positively impacting a phase team is essential. We seek someone with at least 2 years’ experience teaching Year 6. We would like someone who leads by example, encourages collaboration, and is committed to the continued professional development of all staff members. Your leadership will contribute to building a strong team dynamic where all voices are valued.
• Innovative Thinking: We are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas and innovative teaching strategies to the classroom. Your ability to adapt and deliver the curriculum creatively will engage our pupils and enhance their educational journey.
• Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills are crucial for collaborating with staff, parents, and the wider community. You will be an advocate for our children, liaising with stakeholders to ensure their educational needs are met and to promote the achievements of our school.
