Location: Main base is currently at Rooks Heath School; however, you will be required to work at and need to be able to travel between the other local establishments.

We are delighted to offer this exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources team working across schools within the Trust. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced HR Administrator to join our growing friendly HR Services team.
In this role you will play a crucial part in supporting the HR services function by delivering professional, proactive, approachable, and helpful HR services across the MAT. As the first point of contact for staff, you must be well organised and work efficiently under pressure. Your responsibilities will include responding to employee queries relating to employee relations, absence management, recruitment and selection, induction and probation, onboarding and payroll. We welcome applications from payroll or recruitment specialists who wish to remain in their field, as well as those looking to broaden their skills into other areas.
Our commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and promoting high performance means that you must be proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritise your workload according to deadlines. You will work closely with management, requiring excellent communication and administrative skills. Full training on HR systems and processes will be provided.
