Spring Cottage Primary School are looking for a highly motivated Child Supervisory Support Officer to join our hardworking and dedicated staff to work within our FS1 provision to supervise our children across lunchtime as well as ensuring their safety. The successful candidate will be able to:
Motivate, engage and enthuse children, so that they are active and excited to participate in activities Use their initiative exceptionally well to ensure pupils are safe and happy Be flexible, resilient and have the ability to think on their feet Be a team player and have a genuine passion for inclusion Encourage good behaviour in accordance with the school’s behaviour policy
