As demand for ESG and Sustainability expertise continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Brighton. This role will focus on supporting Consulting and Industry clients, driving the delivery of high-quality candidates and building strong client relationships across domestic and international markets and expanding our offering to M&A, Legal & Advisory
The Role
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will:
* Candidate Sourcing: Leverage your expertise to identify and engage with exceptional ESG and Sustainability professionals through targeted searches, networking, and referrals.
* Client Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with Consulting and Industry clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
* Market Insights: Stay informed about trends and developments in ESG and Sustainability, offering clients strategic advice to address their talent challenges.
* Business Development: Proactively develop new client relationships in the UK and internationally, presenting Capital Chase as the partner of choice for ESG and Sustainability recruitment.
* Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the entire process from client brief to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant with:
* Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in recruitment, ideally within ESG, Sustainability, or a related field.
* Market Expertise: Knowledge of ESG and Sustainability sectors, including key roles, trends, and challenges faced by Consulting and Industry clients.
* Business Development Skills: Ability to identify and secure new client opportunities in the UK and internationally.
* Relationship-Building Ability: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
* Commercial Acumen: A strategic thinker with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
* Self-Motivation: A proactive, goal-oriented individual comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
