Are you passionate about ensuring every child has access to quality education? This Council is looking for an Inclusion Manager to lead strategies that support children at risk of missing education and drive forward inclusion initiatives across the city.

What you will have as an Inclusion Manager:
🔹 Strong knowledge of the Ofsted framework related to children missing education.
🔹 Substantial experience working with children, young people, and families.
🔹 Proven leadership and management experience.
🔹 Understanding of safeguarding, alternative provision, and inclusive education strategies.
