The role of Learning Support Assistant / LSA is a varied one and you will need to be adaptable and flexible – there will be opportunities to work within the whole class, teaching small groups and on a 1:1 basis with individual pupils. As a Learning Support Assistant / LSA you will help to get students involved in the school's social and academic activities, and help them become more independent learners, aiming to boost their achievements.
