Overview
Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with an established northern provider within Residential care, who offer support to individuals with complex learning disabilities and autism, to recruit for a Registered Manager to oversee their established Residential service based in Warrington. This residential service supports up to 8 adults with severe autism, profound learning disabilities and associated complex needs, including behaviours that challenge. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience within a management position, with exposure to autism and learning disabilities.
The Candidate
As the Registered Manager, you will be reporting in to the Area Manager, and you will have overall responsibility for managing the 8-bedded residential service who support adults with complex needs including learning disabilities and autism. You will possess a deep working knowledge of health and social care, and you will also be required to have strong people management and communication skills, as well as sound commercial understanding.

The salary is £45,000 per annum and benefits include:

Minimum Requirements
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent
* 3 years minimum experience in a similar setting
* Background of working with adults with autism, learning disabilities and mental health
* Knowledge of the CQC / KLOES / regulations
* Strong people management skills, communicator, team player
* Clear DBS
Location
This role is based in Warrington, and is commutable from Widnes, Runcorn, Ashton in Makerfield, Wigan, Lymm, Knutsford and Ashton-in-Makerfield.
Interview Process
The interview process involves an initial informal conversation with the Area Manager, then a second formal interview with the Area Manager and another member of the SMT.
