Description
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in relation to their medical policy products they have with the business. You will handle a range of enquiries and will take details of claims and processes from start to finish. The role will be working in a fast-paced contact centre environment, ensuring each call and customer is provided the highest level of care and support while working towards service level agreements.
Profile
1. Previous customer service experience from a range of backgrounds such as care, retail, and hospitality.
2. Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
3. An empathetic and caring nature.
4. Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
5. A high level of resilience and good problem-solving skills.
6. An excellent team player.
