Key Responsibilities for the Account Manager / Senior Account Manager:
1. Oversee a range of accounts, managing communications and public affairs campaigns for prominent national brands across sectors such as real estate and infrastructure.
2. Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering impactful consultation campaigns.
3. Collaborate with teams to generate ideas for campaign strategies and actively contribute to business development.
4. Work closely with a Birmingham-based team of five and engage with colleagues across additional offices as needed.
5. Primarily based in the Birmingham office, with a flexible 3-days-in, 2-days-remote working model.
Account Manager / Senior Account Manager Key Requirements:
1. Experience in communications or stakeholder engagement, either in agency or in-house roles.
2. Excellent writing skills, along with the ability to manage diverse relationships and communicate effectively with senior business figures and industry stakeholders.
