Senior MET Technician
Location: Southampton
Salary: £42,000 + Bonus £55,000
Hours: Full Time Monday - Friday Saturday as required
About the Role
Join Harwoods Group, a top 30 UK automotive dealer, as a Senior MET Technician. You'll lead and carry out MET repairs to manufacturer standards, support the team, and ensure top-quality, right-first-time results.
What You'll Do
Strip & refit vehicles per job cards
Carry out diagnostics & component replacements
Ensure correct parts & repair methods used
Sign off QC checks & final inspections
Support & mentor team members
Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workshop
What We're Looking For
3+ years' MET/bodyshop experience
NVQ/ATA/IMI/SVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
Strong mechanical & electrical skills
Eye for detail and high-quality standards
Confident, team-focused, proactive attitude
