What our clients are looking for Our Worthing office are recruiting for Complex Care Workers to work full or part time hours, spread across our 2 complex packages in Brighton and Hove. We are working with 2 complex clients, 1 with Epilepsy and learning disabilities, and 1 requiring Peg Feed. It is important we find carers who can be engaging, supportive and reliable. You will be improving the quality of life for our clients in their own home. We want to hear from carers with experience, but this does not need to be in complex care, we will provide you with fantastic training and shadow shifts, to enhance your skillset, and progress your career. Working days are Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, from 1pm-8pm. How will you be helping our clients? We're looking for: Six months' paid experience in care - does not have to be complex care Excellent communication skills A driver's licence & own car is an advantage Good professional and personal references In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
